The company faced challenges in installment traceability, financial management including receivables and banking records, construction cost tracking, and project wise reporting. To address these, Odoo was implemented covering Accounting, Purchase, Sale, Inventory Management, Construction, CRM, and Installments.
The process began with department wise requirement gathering, followed by AS IS analysis and approval of the To Be documentation. Approved workflows were then implemented, with department wise training and workshops conducted before go live.
Bank movement tracking, project wise reporting, and receivable and payable aging have become significantly smoother and more efficient. These improvements have given the management better visibility into financial operations, enabling faster and more informed decision making across projects.
Odoo was implemented covering core modules including Accounting, Purchase, Sale, Inventory, and CRM. This was further enhanced with Add-ons integration to manage installment plans, along with customizations for approval workflows and specialized reports and prints tailored to the client's needs.
